DAMAGED GOODS
If a product that you purchase from 6362MetaForce arrives in a damaged condition, you have the choice of an exchange of that product (or products), or a refund of the price you paid.

You will be required to ship the product back to us at your own cost, but if an exchange is requested, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement good(s) to you.

OTHER RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

If you are not satisfied with any purchase that you make on the 6362MetaForce site (excluding CDs and digital downloads), you have the right to return the product(s) for exchange or refund within 30 days from the date you placed your original order.
In all cases of exchanges, we will ship your new order to you FREE anywhere in the United States. Just send us the product in its original condition and we will pay for the replacement shipping cost anywhere in the United States. We will also ask you to provide the reason for your return/exchange (size, color, etc.). Your feedback will help us to improve our service and quality.
